Metabolomics
Multi-platform analytical instrumentation such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and liquid chromatography-MS (LC-MS), are available at DHMRI, and used, either alone or in combination, for customized metabolomics analyses.
Uniquely positioned to provide high throughput metabolomic analysis from a single compound to whole metabolomes, the metabolomics core lab has the technology to cover the largest dynamic range to provide a complete understanding of their relationship with the biological system. Coupled with genomics and proteomics, DHMRI provides a much needed systems biology approach.
- Full spectrum Metabolomics approach utilizing LC, GC, and ICP based profiling for high throughput chemical marker discovery
- Automated sample preparation
- A compound library containing known and unknown metabolites

Data Analysis:
- Utilization of multivariate statistical analysis (PCA, HCA, etc.)
